SECTION 1 - APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
This regulation is subject to status HOTEL GRENELLE. The client can not occupy
avail themselves of legal
applicable to residential leases, particularly in places.
Any debit in the hotel, privately
or business is prohibited.

ARTICLE 2 - RESERVATION
The room reservation is valid only after acceptance of booking
the customer by the hotel.
Confirmation of booking the customer by the hotel remains at the sole discretion of the hotel.
Moreover, the reservation must be firm to be guaranteed by a credit card issued
and institute a deemed valid, or have been a prior credit agreement
with the hotel or be followed by payment of a deposit. The aforementioned deposit
must correspond to one night for stays under 7 nights and two nights for
stays of 7 nights or fifteen.

ARTICLE 3 - CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
Invoices must be paid immediately upon presentation. The day of the arrival of the client,
the hotel will charge him for their entire stay. Where it was agreed that payment

ARTICLE 4 - PRICE
Prices are quoted in local currency and include all taxes.
Optional services are not included in the price.

ARTICLE 5 - CHANGES OF RESERVATION OR DURATION OF STAY
Any price changes related to an extension of stay or early departure will apply
retroactively on the customer's account after his arrival.

ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION / NO PRESENTATIONS
Unless otherwise stated, all cancellations received 24.00 hours before the day of arrival will be subject
to a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation received after this deadline will be subject to a cancellation fee equal:
1 night for stays under 7 nights and 2 nights for stays of more
7 nights.

ARTICLE 7 - OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT
The room will be available to the client in a good state of repair.
The client will use the leased premises and their facilities as "good father".
An inventory in each room. The client must verify the accuracy
quality and dice his arrival and report any discrepancies to the receipt, missing items
or degraded, if any, within 4 hours of his arrival. When leaving the client
inventory and cleanliness of the room will be a
control by the hotel and any missing inventory or damage to the room will
charged to the customer. HOTEL GRENELLE reserves the right to enter the leased premises
for maintenance or safety.

ARTICLE 8 - TERMINATION - PENALTIES - NO RENEWAL
In case of default by the customer of any of its obligations or behavior
inappropriate to disturb the other occupants of the residence, the customer must immediately
leave and may be evicted if necessary with the assistance
